The foundation aims to target charity organisations with limited resources or financial support.
We welcome applications from the eligible Not-for-Profit organisations that provide vital local services within the Brisbane Southside suburbs,
in the areas of childhood/youth,people with disabilities; environmental care and social/community welfare. 
The pillars of the Greenbank Services Club Community Benefit Foundation are supporting youth, health, culture and community.

Before applying, please ensure your organisation and project/s meet the following criteria:

Ineligible Applications

Applications are unlikely to be supported if they:

  • Primarily benefit individuals (rather than the community)
  • Are for retrospective funding (projects already completed)
  • Are outside Brisbane South
  • Do not demonstrate clear community impact
  • Businesses
  • Political or secretarial organisations
  • Trade unions
  • Professional organisations

Other Conditions

  • Successful applicants will be notified within thirty (30) days of the closing date;
  • Successful applicants will be published in external publications, media and listed on the Greenbank Services Club website for public information;
  • Representatives of the Greenbank Services Club Community Benefit Foundation may visit any applicant at times and on conditions agreed between the parties to inspect projects;
  • Grant recipients will be required to attend a presentation ceremony at the Greenbank Services Club;
  • No more than 10% of the awarded grant may be spent on administration costs;
  • The decision regarding successful applicants will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into;
  • Unsuccessful applicants may reapply for subsequent funding opportunities;
  • Successful recipients must display a sign or plaque on site mentioning the Greenbank Services Club Community Benefit Foundation's support and involvement.
