Embark on an unforgettable journey through the Scottish Highlands with a fully immersive guided tasting experience, expertly paired with an indulgent five-course degustation. Plus! Enjoy the "Forgues Welcome Cocktail" upon arrival.
Course One: The Glendronach 12 Year Old with sous vide duck breast with charred Dutch carrot and fig and balsamic glaze.
Course Two: The Glendronach 18 Year Old with coffee rubbed Wagyu striploin with a bone marrow jus and Yorkshire pudding.
Course Three: The Glendronach Ode to the Embers with smoked lamb with chipotle bbq sauce and waffle cut fries.
Course Four: The Glendronach Ode to the Dark with seared venison, roasted beetroot and dark chocolate- chilli sauce.
Course Five: The Glendronach 21 Year Old with house selection of aged and nutty cheeses, sweet and tangy cherry jam and Lavosh crackers.
