Here are some Q&As of our Frequently Asked Questions:

 

New to bingo? No worries! 
We encourage early arrival to get settled in & ask our staff any questions you may have.
We recommend new players to play on PET (electronic ticket), it's easier than paper - our staff will show you how! 

 

Q: How much does it cost to play Bingo?
 Sessions vary between $19 & $24 for 6 & 1.
Q: What is a "treble?"
 A treble is when a card is played one line, two lines & full house.
Q: What does 6&1 mean?
6&1 is the minimum requirement to purchase the session. "6&1" refers to six cards in your books and one of each jackpot sheet. You are welcome to purchase extra books or jackpot sheets if you wish to do so. 
Eg: 6 & 2 would get you one set of books and 2 of each jackpot sheets.
Q: What is a PET?
 A PET (Personal Electronic Transmitter) is an electronic ticket played on a tablet. PETs are generally used when players want to play multiple books & jackpot sheets.
Q: Can I reserve a PET?
PETs are available on a first in first served basis only.
Q: How much does it cost to play a PET?
PETs can be played at no extra cost. Some sessions may incur a $50 minimum spend.
Q: What does "$50 Minimum spend on PETs" mean?
For our more popular sessions a $50 minimum spend may be required due to a limited amount of PETs available. This occurs but is not limited to our End of Month Sizzler & Snowball Jackpot sessions when $10,000 in 48 calls or higher.
Q: Do I have to bring my own dabber?
 You are welcome to bring your own dabber/s or pens, however we do have an array of dabbers available for purchase including our very own Greenbank Service Club dabbers. If your purchase a Together We Rise dabber, $1 from each sale is donated towards our Together We Rise Program.

Q: Do I need to book for Bingo?

For our general sessions, no. Bingo is of a first in first served basis. 

For our Big Bingo events such as a $10K Super session or $20K Bingo Bonanza, bookings are essential as numbers are limited. Please see our friendly bingo staff about our next upcoming Bingo Event.

Q: How do I join the Bingo Club?

Bingo Club Membership is free to all exisiting Greenbank Services Club Members. Just let reception know on your next visit you would like to be a part of the Bingo Club.
