Chilled prawn & scallop ceviche with tobiko lime dill dressing
Dry aged lamb cutlet with potato rosti & tomato chutney

 

MAINS:

200G Angus eye fillet on parmesan mash with wild mushroom ragout & roasted truss tomato
Mulloway fish fillet with seared scallops, citrus butter, dill mash & fried shallot crumbs

 

DESSERT:

Chocolate hazelnut tart with salted caramel & honeycomb crumbs
Passionfruit curd tart with mango coulis & fig glazed strawberries
